Refund policy

PRIOR TO PACKAGING
We can cancel your order and issue a full refund up until it has been packaged for delivery.

We may package your order within minutes of receiving your order during UK business hours, therefore please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

AFTER PACKAGING
We can cancel your order and issue a refund for the purchase price, however we likely cannot refund the shipping cost.

This applies even if you did not pay for shipping during checkout.

CHANGE OF MIND
Please let us know if you have a change of mind. If you return the items unopened, unused, and in a resellable condition, we can issue a full refund minus our shipping costs.
